The master-builder approach has not escaped our practice. We offer not only design, but construction services for our clients, providing a single point of contact for our clients, i.e. vs the traditional design-bid-build procurement model. The D-B project delivery approach helps to mitigate cost and time over-runs, encourages integrated project delivery systems and minimises client risk.

In keeping with our practice where we offer design throughout the construction process, the D-B is in alignment with just that. The D-B approach also allows us to constantly implement value-engineering, seeking the best balance between Time, Quality and Cost.
